Up on the hills - A modern tale

NEW-NOT YET UPLOADED:Starting off narrating a memory - 'as a child, I used to pick up seashells I found on the mountain' - the tale told by a father describes the wish of learning and emancipating oneself, a wish that is oblivious to the preying of others. The tale is open to a metaphorical interpretation of mankind's utopian will to raise above the 'natural' state, and the current consequences of the actions that were - and still are - undertaken, following this will. OLD--The narration begins "As a child, I used to pick up seashells I found on the mountains. (…)"
The story gradually mixes reality with fiction.
At the very beginning, living creatures came out of water to conquer the airs, and some evolved, from swimming to flying. A change that necessarily brought a fragilised state with it. Emigration, immigration and flying are bound by poetry. The will to change a state is deeply pervaded by dreams and poetical depictions.
